General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Préambule

Nomadea is a sole proprietorship operating under the status of self-employed individual, specializing in the design of personalized travel.
Nomadea acts exclusively as a service provider for the custom development of itineraries, connecting with suppliers and coordinating the stay.

Nomadea does not resell third-party services (accommodation, transport, activities). It only invoices for its own travel design and consulting services.

2. Purpose of the services Nomadea offers:

  • Nomadea offers:

  • The personalized creation of a trip according to the client's wishes.

  • Connecting you with selected service providers (accommodations, airlines, activities, guides, etc.).

  • The overall coordination of the route.

  • Optional personalized follow-up depending on the chosen package.

3. Order and validation

The service begins after validation of the quote and full payment of the corresponding package.
All orders are considered final after the quote has been signed.

Nomadea establishes a detailed itinerary according to the chosen package, connects the client with service providers and coordinates the stages of the stay.

4. Price and payment terms

Nomadea's services are offered in the form of fixed packages, determined according to the duration and complexity of the stay:

  • Essential Package: €150 incl. VAT (7 to 10 days – 1 to 2 islands).

  • Standard package: €250 including tax (10 to 15 days – 2 to 3 islands).

  • Premium package: €350 incl. VAT (15 to 20 days – 3 to 4 islands).

  • Tailor-made package (complex trips): price upon request (stays of more than 20 days and/or 4 or more islands).

The services include, depending on the package:

  • Suggested itinerary: simplified, detailed or complete.

  • Selection of accommodations, activities, and where applicable, international and inter-island flights.

  • Booking links allowing the customer to make purchases directly from the service providers.

  • Illustrated PDF travel journal (included from the Premium package).

  • Pre-departure WhatsApp service (included only in the Tailor-made package).

As a self-employed individual, Nomadea is exempt from VAT in accordance with article 293 B of the General Tax Code (“VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI”).

Payment is due in full upon ordering.
No refunds will be issued after validation, except in cases of force majeure assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Nature of the commitment and limitation of liability

Nomadea is neither a travel agent nor a tour operator. Its role is limited to providing advice, creating itineraries and connecting travelers with clients.

The final contracts (flights, accommodation, excursions, etc.) are concluded directly between the client and the third-party service providers.

Nomadea cannot be held responsible for modifications, cancellations or failures on the part of these service providers.
The customer agrees to consult and accept the general terms and conditions of sale and insurance of said service providers before any booking.

6. Personal Data

The data collected is necessary for the development of the travel project.
They are used solely for the purpose of providing the service and may be transmitted to the relevant service providers.

In accordance with the law, the customer has the right to access, rectify or delete their data.

7. Disputes and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Papeete, French Polynesia.

8. Privacy Policy & Data Protection (GDPR)

Nomadea is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data provided by the client.

This data is used exclusively for the study, creation, and coordination of the travel project. It may be shared with relevant service providers only to the extent necessary for the project's completion.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the client has the right to access, rectify, restrict, object to, and delete their data.

No data will be retained for more than 24 months after the completion of the service, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created by Nomadea (itineraries, travel journals, documents, visuals, texts, digital media, etc.) remains the exclusive property of Nomadea.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is prohibited and may result in legal action for infringement of intellectual property rights.
